La Laguna Botanical Garden.

The Laguna Botanical Garden is unique in the world. It lies at the bottom of a volcanic crater 2,600 ft above sea level.  It has an average temperature of 78 º F and a relative humidity of 75%. It has more than 3500 species of plants from many parts of the world and from our national territory. Its length is approximately of 60 acres and contains collections such as ferns, orchids, bromeliads and medicinal plants.  Also, there is an interpretation gallery and library area.  Aquatic, desert and forest plants can also be found.
